TERMS OF Service & Usage.

In General, Please do not edit, repost or heavily reference our work without permission.You must abide by our ToS to commission us. Please make sure to ask about any concerns before commissioning. Delivery times vary per artist. We will send you WIPs, please do not poke us, it will not make us work faster. Faster delivery costs extra.Please ask if you have any questions !!

★1. You must credit both NotDamien for the Art & StardustGummy for the Rig with a link back to our pages. Our social media links are on our Carrds.★2. No refunds. We require a full payment before work begins. Damien's .PSD model files are only made to be used by Gummy. Short deadlines cost extra. Please let us know of any deadlines ahead of time.★3. Edits & Work In Progress. We send you work in progress pictures as we work. Please ask for edits when we send you WIPs. We cannot do major edits after we finish. Any major edits will cost an extra fee. All WIPs will need to be approved before we can continue.★4. You get full commercial use of the Vtuber we make you, this means it can be used in for profit streams & videos, for example.★5. Commissioning us does not give you the right to use our other artworks not intended for you. Commercial rights do not come with every commission. Normal commissions are for personal (non-profit) use only.★6. Our Uploads. We will wait to post anything if you'd like to debut the model first yourself ! Just let us know. Leave us a "gummy sharks" to show you have read & agree to our ToS. We reserve the right up upload completed artworks, with watermarks, to our galleries and portfolios- if we desire.
